Vera Tomaj, the heart and soul behind Vee & Elle, brings over 18 years of expertise to the hair industry. Her career spans runway shows, music videos, and styling for local celebrities, showcasing her creativity and skill.
Vera specializes in lived-in color and customized haircuts tailored to each client’s face shape, hair texture, and personal style. A proud daughter of immigrants and a working mother of two, Vera understands the value of hard work and connection. More than just a stylist, she’s deeply committed to her clients, ensuring they leave not only looking beautiful but also feeling confident and cared for. At Vee & Elle, Vera creates an uplifting, one-of-a-kind experience for everyone who sits in her chair.
Mirela plummaj
Lead Hair Stylist & Colorist
Mirela Plummaj is a passionate hairstylist originally from Albania, where her dream of becoming a hairdresser began. After moving to the U.S. 17 years ago, she made Westchester, NY, her professional home. For over a decade, Mirela built her expertise working in Larchmont, with additional experience on Manhattan’s Upper West Side.
As a mother of four, Mirela balances her family life with her dedication to her craft. She specializes in color, highlights, and lived-in styles, always tailoring each look to suit her clients’ unique lifestyles.
Mirela’s true fulfillment comes from making people feel beautiful. When a client shares how much they love their hair—whether it’s the color, cut, or style—it brightens her day, a joy she’s grateful to experience daily.
